SPEAK OUT OR LOSE DEMOCRACY

It is time to write it down and let it out.  A new website www.goodbyegeorgew.com is up and running and thousands of people are writing their letters to the ex-President to really tell him what the last eight years have been about to them.  It’s an open forum to write your letter and have it published for posterity and it may be your only chance to take your pencil in hand and let it fly……SO don’t let this precious opportunity pass you by and take your freedom of speech in hand and join in letting George W. Bush exactly what you think…it’s your call and personally I have had a blast writing my letter and reading letters from others that have been sent it.  Check it out www.goodbyegerogew.com and tell your friends and neighbor’s.  The new paradigm is all about participating and voicing your freedom of speech.  We may not all agree, but we all have a voice.  USE IT!

Southern Mom and Daughter Spark Grassroots Speak Out on Bush Years

Texas born, Kate Wheeler and her 32 year old daughter Ashley are unexpected candidates to be running a grassroots movement for democracy in the United States. Nevertheless, with the website they have created http://goodbyegeorgew.com they may just spark an uprising to bring democracy back into the U.S. political system. Wheeler, who describes herself and her daughter as “just typical non-political folks,” has worked hard to establish her business creditials in Georgia. Her daughter is a paramedic. The mother and daughter team say that they are neither Republican nor Democrat, voting for whoever seems to be the best for the job at the time. Ashley explained what motivated the website. “We have a passion for freedom of speech and we believe that there are a lot of folks out there that would like to put their feelings and thoughts into reality through a letter to ex President George W. Bush to let him know their opinion of his Presidency,” according to the younger Ms. Wheeler. The http://www.goodbyegeorgew.com is a people’s speak out. A place to freely express public opinion about the presidency of the ex George W. Bush. “After eight years of seeing the Constitution shredded, people can get their pen and pencil out and write from their own perspective,” Kate Wheeler said. “We see this as a first step. We want people to come to the site and write their letters so we can publish them in a book that sets the record straight and lets the public get the last word on George W. Bush and his presidency. But we also see this as a step toward building momentum in a movement for greater participation to hold the new administration accountable,” concluded Ms. Wheeler. They say it’s all about freedom of speech and they are inviting the American people to “speak out” and put it down in history at www.goodbyegeorgew.com

NEW WEBSITE SEEKS CLOSURE TO 8-YEAR NIGHTMARE OF GEORGE W. BUSH

  • After eight long years of George Bush lying to the American People the Republican Party has been evicted from the White House. Don't let Bush off the hook so easily. Visit http: //goodbyegeorgew.com to send your message to George W.Bush by writing an honest letter to let him know what you really think of the job that he has done.
  • This web site was created with the singular intention of launching a movement to take back America by promoting an honest expression of opinion on the nightmarish 8 years gone by with Bush and Cheney at the helm.
  • Although Bush is leaving, the quagmire of devastation that he wrought remains. The economic depression is still only in its opening months with 1 out of 10 Americans depending on food stamps to eat.
  • The wars in Afganistan and Iraq will continue to take the lives of U.S. soldiers for the foreseeable future. The number of people with a deep hatred for the United States, with nothing to lose, is the direct result of the Bush wars. A vast army of terrorists for coming generations appears to be the main output of the U.S. escapades in Afghanistan and Iraq.
  • Yes, it is time to at least try to pick up the pieces. This will not be easy for the new Administration or for the American People. But it is time we had some closure.
  • The new website http: //www.goodbyegeorgew.com was created to make that closure happen and in a small way to help restore a practice of democracy in which the American people have a voice. The main purpose of this website is for Americans and citizens throughout the world let their opinions be known to the now departed President Bush.
  • The thousands of letters being written will be published as a book that sets the record straight on public opinion about the Bush Presidency that failed America and wreaked havoc around the globe. However, the site is open to whomever wants to write their 'opinion' as it is an open forum and if someone wants to praise the Ex President Bush they are encouraged to do so....ain't American great. Truly it is the freedom of speech at work. http: //goodbyegeorgew.com is the
  • epitomy of what is great about us!

Goodbye George W Website STARTS NEW Movement for Democracy

  • With the whole world watching the Obama transition kick in, it's easy to forget about the outgoing warmongerer-in-chief who rode to political power on his daddy's coat-tails. Without so much as wining the popular vote the first time around George W. Bush took the White House in 2000. In 2004 he stayed the course for a second term thanks to classic Klan-style intimidation tactics in battleground states that squeaked the Bush/Cheney team back in for a total eight years on Pennsylvania Avenue. Surprisingly enough some semblence of Planet Earth survived and in retrospect we will miss the factual misstatements and grammatical blunders of the Presidential Poster boy for "No Child Left Behind" edudcation.
  • Now U.S. citizens and people from around the world are finally getting their chance to tell President Bush what they think. THe new website www.goodbyegeorgew.com is building the democracy that the Bush Administration has worked so hard to erode. While welcoming sarcasm it is providing a general forum to write the umemployed President and give him your candid opinion by speaking out.
  • Letters are actively being sought to put the democracy and free speech back into America despite the hard work of the Homeland security team to eradicate it forever.
  • Of course, this Goodbye George W. site comes replete with great political memorabilia on sale for the "historical" collectors. But what caught my attention is that the founder, Ashley Wheeler, who I recently spoke with, is not making a hard sell on goods, but is more interested in putting the participation back into democracy and American politics.
  • This farewell to Bush will later be published into a book, 'Goodbye Letters to George W. Bush', so anyone writing their letter will be a part of this historic catharsis and collector's item in itself.
  • I hope that the New President will get a hint from this as well and seek his own avenues to stay in touch with the opinion of the people that he was elected to represent. The real change America needs is a White House and Government that listens to the people and www.goodbyegeorgew.com is a step in the right direction. It gives ordinary space for people to send our opinions to Washington. Of couse, in this case, we're giving our opinion to the man that has headed for his ranch in Texas (hallelujah), but its a good start on bringing back real democracy.
  • Anyone interested in setting a new course for democracy in this country should click over to this website and write their own heartelt send off to the man who stole the presidency and steered a course into the diplomatic dark ages.
